Mr Storey senior, since
the arrival of the Overseer of Works, has been employed almost solely
in the Drawing Office... and on his leaving the Department at the end of the
year, numerous drawings
must necessarily be left in an unfinished state which
are urgently
required, his work must then be taken up by Mr Wilson as opportunity presents in the intervals of his other work; on my departure for England it will be impossible for him to take up unfinished drawings or commence new ones, and the drawing Office will then be nearly
at a stand still.
